About the Owner
Lauren Peterson, MSPT
With 20 years of experience as a physical therapist — including the last 2.5 years dedicated exclusively to pelvic health — Lauren brings a depth of clinical knowledge that's rare in this specialty. She works with people of all genders experiencing pelvic pain, urinary and bowel dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and pelvic health concerns related to prostate conditions.
Lauren's path to pelvic floor PT is both professional and personal. Her own pelvic health journey gave her a firsthand understanding of how vulnerable and isolating these concerns can feel — and how life-changing the right care can be. That experience shapes everything about how she shows up for her patients: with patience, respect, and a genuine commitment to making you feel heard.
Her treatment approach blends evidence-based physical therapy with movement, breathwork, and education — drawing on her role as a teaching assistant with the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and her 200-hour yoga teacher certification. Every session is one-on-one, unhurried, and built entirely around you.
Whether you've been struggling for years or are just starting to notice something feels off, you deserve care that takes you seriously.

"If you're dealing with pelvic-area issues, Lauren is someone you absolutely want in your corner."
I came to Lauren with persistent groin pain, and she not only taught me pelvic floor exercises but also showed me how proper breathing techniques can reduce tension and improve control. She even offered practical diet insights that support pelvic floor function.
The combination made a huge difference—my pain improved dramatically. Lauren is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely effective.
Oh... and expect homework! 😊
